How Can We Assist?

WHEN WILL THESE SHIP?

Each wave of merch gets a one-month window for presales.  After the window closes, Xander will obtain the merch to pack specially for you.  Currently there is no real prediction for shipping times.  (Shipping times may vary)

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Currently there is only one way to pay for Xander's Bricks merch.  You can pay through PayPal.   Each order must be manually typed in on the home page and paid separately through the PayPal link.  It's a lot of work for some merch, I know, so if you are struggling to purchase your product, please contact Xander directly through xandersbricks@gmail.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are unavailable at this time.  This is a small shop which makes it very difficult to control returns.  If you are unhappy with your product, please contact Xander directly through xandersbricks@gmail.com within 7 days of product arrival.
